"Third wave" coffee refers to a movement in the coffee industry that focuses on high-quality coffee, setting it apart from mainstream mass-market coffee. We decided to make a list of the most famous coffee shops of the third wave, telling a little about them.
Note that many of them are located on the territory of the USA, as the country in which the 3rd wave in principle arose and was the strongest, compared to other countries.
